Instructions:

  1. We are gonna start by preparing the mixture that is gonna season our Portobellos. Pour a half of cup of rice vinegar in a bowl and then, add a tablespoon full of garlic paste. If you don’t know how to make garlic paste, here my recipe: http://pachi.com/how-to-cook-garlic-paste/

  2. Now we process the herbs, put the basil on the food processor. It might have a little black spot on the leaves that’s no problem It’s perfectly alright. Add the whole pod of fresh peppercorn, and rosemary.

  3. After processing, add everything to the bowl of rice vinegar with garlic paste. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2 cup of olive oil and we’re gonna mix all of these ingredients into a delicious marinate for our mushrooms. Cut the mushroom into pieces don’t forget to remove the stem and then add it to the mix.

  4. Now it’s time for the oven! we are gonna bake the mushrooms at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, when it’s done the mushrooms is gonna smell so good! Grab a bowl and mix it together with the rice. The rice that I used for this is a mixture of brown, red a wild rice. You can use any rice that you wish.
