nísperos* (about 1 1/3 cups)

milk

1 cup

sugar

1 tablespoon

sugar

ice

1 cup

crushed ice

  1. 4 nísperos* (about 1 1/3 cups)

  2. 1 cup milk

  3. 1 tablespoon sugar

  4. 1 cup crushed ice


Instructions:

  1. Cut the nísperos in half.

  2. Remove the 2 large seeds and scoop the pulp out with a spoon.

  3. Blend the pulp with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
