Blend yogurt, raisins, basil, curry, garlic, cornstarch and pepper. Rub 2 tablespoons of this mix over the chicken and set aside 10 minutes. Prepare the sauce in the mean time.

Place onions in a medium pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of water, cover and cook for 3 minuted. Uncover, increase the heat to medium hight and add the chicken pieces. Cook for 5 minutes, turning half way through.

Add the remaining yogurt mix, bring to a boil and then add the cauliflower and garbanzo beans to bring all to a hot temperature.
