Almonds, ground

semillas de lino

2 tablespoons

Flaxseed

2 tablespoons

honey

1 tablespoon

Honey

leche entera

1/4 to 1/2 cup

Milk (depends on desired pancakes hickness)

  1. 6 egg whites

  2. 1/2 cup almonds, ground

  3. 2 tablespoons flaxseed

  4. 2 tablespoons chia

  5. 1 tablespoon honey

  6. 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (depends on desired pancakes hickness)


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix almonds, flax honey and milk. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, pour or scoop 1/4 cup batter.

  2. Cook until lightly golden, turn and cook 30 seconds on the other side.

  3. Serve with berries and yogurt.
