Prep and cook the Chicken. Place breast in a bowl and add yogurt, lime peel, salt and pepper. Set aside for 20 minutes or more. Place the breast in a grill pan and cook covered for 3 minutes, turn and cook covered 5 minutes more. Set aside covered with foil for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
Prepare the Salsa and Dressing: Mix 1/2 cup mango, tomato, zucchini, shallot (or scallions), red pepper, basil, and parsley. Place the remaining 1/2 cup mango, vinegar, garlic, lime juice and 2 tablespoon of water and 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the cruciferous mix on the plate, place the turkey slices on the side and the mango sauce and salsa over the turkey.
