Ingredients for servings:

yogur

3/4 cup

Plain nonfat yogurt

cilantro

2 tablespoons

Chopped cilantro

miel

1 tablespoons

Honey

viangre balsamico

3/4 teaspoon

Savory Coffee Syrup

sal

1/2 teaspoon

Salt

pimienta

1/4 teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper

  1. 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

  2. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

  3. 1 tablespoon honey

  4. 3/4 teaspoon Savory Coffee Syrup

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl place cilantro, honey, coffee syrup, salt and pepper and mix until all the honey has dissolved. Add the yogurt and mix as much as you desire. If you blend it particly it will look like a swirl.

  2. Serve over lettuces, fruits or cooked vegetables.
