This simple dressing can be kept refrigerated for more than a week if you add the cilantro just when ready to use. Use other herbs if you like, such as mint, dill, or basil. Serve it over lettuce, cooked vegetables, baked or boiled potatoes, rice, poultry, or even fruit.

In a bowl place cilantro, honey, coffee syrup, salt and pepper and mix until all the honey has dissolved. Add the yogurt and mix as much as you desire. If you blend it particly it will look like a swirl.


Serve over lettuces, fruits or cooked vegetables.
