This recipe can be made Gluten Free if you replace BBQ or Sweet and Sour Sauce for BBQ or Sweet and Sour Sauce Gluten Free
Mix all ingredientes in a bowl.
Tranfer to a plastic zipper bag and mix well with 2 lbss of wings.
Place the wings on a foil-lined, oil-sprayed baking pan. Pour any sauce left in the bag over the wings.
Bake in a preheated 425°F over for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Mix with the pan juices and serve on the side.
