Ingredients for 6 servings:

Soy sauce

2 tablespoon Cilantro

2 tablespoon

Coriander

1⁄4 cup sugar

1⁄4 cup

Sugar

1 teaspoon Ginger

1 teaspoon

Ginger

2 teaspoon rice vinegar

2 teaspoon

Rice vinegar

sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon

Sesame oil

  1. 1⁄4 cup Soy sauce

  2. 1⁄4 cup Sugar

  3. 2 teaspoon Rice vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon Ginger

  5. 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil

  6. 2 tablespoon Cilantro


Instructions:

  1. Place soy, sugar, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil and cilantro in a pot over medium high heat and bring to a boil.

  2. Cook 5 to 7 minutes more and removes from the heat or until shiny and syrupy. (Refrigerates for a week).
