  1. 1 pound of Semi hard cheeses

  2. ¼ pound of Cheese roquefort

  3. 200 gr Cream cheese

  4. 2 tablespoons Sherry

  5. 1 teaspoon Paprika

  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper or white

  8. 1 Toast


Instructions:

  1. Grate the semi-hard cheese, add remaining ingredients and refrigerate in a ball.

  2. Make a hole in the top to put the bud of a pineapple.Spray the entire surface with paprika.
