  1. 6 oz tilapia filet

  2. 1/2 red bell peppers, small diced

  3. 1/2 daikon radish, small diced

  4. 1/2 scallions, cut on the bias

  5. 1/2 cup sliced carrot, small diced

  6. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  7. 2 oranges, 1/2 cup orange wedges and the juice remaining

  8. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon chopped purple basil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  11. 1 clove garlic, mashed


Instrucciones:

  1. Place peppers, radish, scallion and carrot in a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  2. In a small bowl mix orange juice, hoisin sauce, basil, sesame oil and garlic. Rub some of the mixture over the the tilapia and pour the rest of the sauce over the vegetables; place the tilapia on top.

  3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve.
