Another way to make “frosties” for kids! Teach them how to place all the fruit into the blender and let them have fun with fruit.
Ingredientes:
- 2 large passion fruits* (400 gm., 12 –14 oz. yield about 2/3 cup of pulp)
- 1½ cups peeled, seeded, diced papaya(2 1-pound Hawaiian or ¼ of a large 6 pound papaya)
- 1 small banana, peeled and sliced (about ½ cup)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 to 2 cups crushed ice
- Cut passion fruit* in 2 and remove pulp with a spoon. Place all the fruits in a blender and blend pulsing on and off for 5 to 10 seconds in order to keep the seeds as whole as possible. Strain through a sieve; discard the pits.

- Return the puree to the blender and add the sugar and 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

- Add the second cup of ice if you want a lighter smoothie, or serve over crushed ice.
