Jugo de lulo (Lulo Juice)

Lulos* are my youngest daughter Daniela’s favorite fruit. Their taste is somewhat acid and therefore great for juices as well as desserts and chutneys.


Ingredientes:

  • 1 large lulo* (about 2/3 cup) or 2 small lulos*
  • 3½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
How to prepare:
  1. Peel and quarter the lulos.

  2. Place in a blender with ½ cup of water and the sugar.

  4. Add the ice, blend, and serve immediately.
