Jugo de lulo (Lulo Juice)
Lulos* are my youngest daughter Daniela’s favorite fruit. Their taste is somewhat acid and therefore great for juices as well as desserts and chutneys.
Ingredientes:
- 1 large lulo* (about 2/3 cup) or 2 small lulos*
- 3½ tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Peel and quarter the lulos.

- Place in a blender with ½ cup of water and the sugar.

- Blend.

- Add the ice, blend, and serve immediately.
