1/2 teaspoon

Salt

  1. 2 cloves garlic paste

  2. 4 tablespoons vinegar

  3. 4 tablespoons basil or cilantro

  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  5. 2 tablespoons water

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil and salt. Add mixed ingredients to the meat, allow to rest 10 minutes, add olive oil and refrigerate overnight.
