Place olive oil, curry and salt in a pan over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and broccoli, and cook mixing every 30 secs for 2 minutes.

Add the rum, mix to scrape any pan juices.
Add macadamias, pesto, mix and cook 1 minute more.

Add yogurt and rice, mix and serve.
