In a bowl place tuna, onion, cilantro, tomato, salt and pepper and mix, set aside for 5 minutes.

Open the buns. Spread one side with Dijon Mustard; add the sliced avocado over it. Add one quarter of the tuna mixture over the avocado.

Place shredded mozzarella over the tuna and cover with the other half of the bun.Place on a panini grill for 1 minute and serve. You can also place them open in a baking pan and the covers on the other side of the baking pan and bake for 5 minutes at 425F. or until the cheese is melted. Then cover with the warmed top bun. Or under a broiler for 30 seconds.
