This coffee can be refrigerated and can be used for recipes instead of espresso, in case you do not have a special machine for espresso, and to prepare the coffee syrups you will find below.
In most recipes, you can change 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried or granulated instant coffee for 2 tablespoons of concentrated coffee. You can also change a spoonful of instant coffee for a spoonful of concentrated coffee syrup.
To prepare it in a common drip coffee machine, put 1 1/2 cups of excellent quality ground coffee in the filter and put 2 cups of water in the coffee maker. Continue the process in the same way you normally do.
