Ingredients for servings:

cafe liofilizado

1/4 cup

Freeze-dried or granulated instant coffee

cup water

1/4 cup

Water

azucar polvo

1/2 cup

Granulated sugar

azucar morena

1/4 cup

Dark brown sugar

pasta de tomate

2 tablespoons

Tomato paste

viangre balsamico

1 tablespoon

Balsamic vinegar

pimienta

1 teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper

  1. 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

  2. 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  3. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  4. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan combine the coffee, water, sugars, tomato paste, vinegar, and pepper: bring to a boil over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes more until shiny and thickened. Set aside to cool. Refrigerate.
