Ingredients for servings:

crema_leche

1 cup

Heavy cream

azucar polvo

1/2 cup

Powdered sugar

conac

2 tablespoons

Cognac

jarabe cafe

2 tablespoons

Basic Concentrated Coffee Syrup

  1. 1 cup heavy cream

  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  3. 2 tablespoons Cognac

  4. 2 tablespoons Basic Concentrated Coffee Syrup


Instructions:

  1. Place the cream and sugar in a clean, dry mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until soft peaks form. Add the Cognac and coffee syrup and mix to stiff peaks.

Cognac feels strong and delicious in this cream. If you prefer, you can reduce the amount of cognac to 1/2 tablespoon.
