Ingredients for servings:

mantequilla

8 tablespoons

Butter

azucar polvo

1 1/2 cups

Powdered sugar

cafe

3 tablespoons

Brewed espresso or Concentrated Coffee Syrup

extracto almendras

1/2 teaspoon

Almond extract

  1. 8 tablespoons butter

  2. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  3. 3 tablespoons brewed espresso or Concentrated Coffee Syrup

  4. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract


Instructions:

  1. Beat the butter in the bowl of an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes, until it has a creamy texture. Add the powdered sugar and mix 2 minutes more. Pour in the coffee little by little in a thin stream so the butter does not curdle. Add the extract, mix 2 minutes more, and set aside to frost the cake when it is completely cool.
