Ingredients for servings:

viangre balsamico

4 teaspoons

Balsamic vinegar

miel

1 tablespoon

Honey

albahaca

2 teaspoons

Minced fresh basil

cafe liofilizado

1 teaspoon

Freeze-dried or granulated instant coffee

1/2 teaspoon

Salt

pimienta

1/4 teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper

aceite canola

1/4 cup

Canola oil

  1. 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  2. 1 tablespoon honey

  3. 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil

  4. 1 teaspoon freeze-dried or granulated instant coffee

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  7. 1/4 cup canola oil


Instructions:

  1. In a nonreactive bowl, stir together the vinegar, honey, basil, coffee, salt, and pepper until the honey has dissolved. Add the oil and whisk with a fork until thick and emulsified.
