Instructions:

  1. Start by draining the peas and run it with clean water.

  2. Grab small container or a bowl and place the peas. Next add the roasted red pepper, ground peppercorns and the rosemary. Mix it and that it!

  3. For the second salad

  4. You’ll do the same. Start by draining the peas and run it with clean water. Place in a small container or a bowl, add the garlic, pepper, lime juice, cumin, cilantro, and then mix it.

  5. For this salad, let it sit for 5 minutes for the peas to absorb the flavor of the garlic.

  6. It's amazing how the same beans can have such a different flavor just by changing the ingredients that come with it. You’ll be surprised!
