½ Cup

2 tablespoons Pachi’s Italian Dressing

2 Tablespoons

1/2 cup cooked garbanzo

½ Cup

Cooked garbanzo

2 scallions, green part too, optional

  1. ½ Cup bowtie pasta

  2. 1 Fresh portobello, sliced

  3. 2 Tableespoons Pachi's Italian Dressing

  4. ½ Cup cooked garbanzo

  5. ¼ Cup thinly sliced mango


  1. Place pasta in a pot of bowling water, cook al dente.

  2. Mix all of the other ingredients.

  3. Serve vegetables with the pasta.
