Ingredients for 6 servings:

frijoles negros

1½ cups

Black beans (One 16 oz jar or can of BLACK BEANS, rinsed)

2 tablespoons orange juice

2 tablespoons

Orange juice

pinch of ground chipotle peppers

pinch

Ground chipotle peppers

1 leaf of razor leaf or 1 sprig of cilantro (optional)

1 spring

Cilantro (optional)

pico de gallo

½ cup

Pachi’s Pico de Gallo

  1. 1½ cups black beans (One 16 oz jar or can of BLACK BEANS, rinsed)

  2. 2 tablespoons orange juice

  3. Pinch of ground chipotle peppers

  4. 1 sprig of cilantro (optional)

  5. ½ cup Pachi’s Pico de Gallo


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl place beans, orange juice and cilantro (razor leaf) or cilantro.

  2. Mix and serve with Pachi’s Pico or your favorite Pico de Gallo!

  3. Refrigerate and serve.
