Mix juice, all but 1/2 teaspoon of orange peel, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the salmon and cut vegetables. Set aside to allow them to absorb the seasonings, 20 minutes.

Place all the vegetables, cashews and the salmon on a baking pan.

Broil or grill the salmon at 400F during 25 minutes.
Warm up beans, add orange peel and serve on the side of the salmon with the vegetables and orange wedges on the side.
