Mix all ingredients except salmon. Pour over the salmon and cut vegetables. Set aside to allow them to absorb the seasonings, 20 minutes.

Place all the vegetables and the salmon on a baking pan.

Bake the salmon and vegetables together at 400F during 25 minutes. Serve.
