pourable plain yogurt

cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon

of cornstarch

almonds

2 tablespoons

sliced almonds

oil

1 teaspoon

olive oil

butter

1 teaspoon

oregano

1/3 teaspoon

oregano

salt

1/4 teaspoon

salt

pepper

1/4 teaspoon

pepper

recipe Mediterranean vegetable mix

grapes

1 cup

grapes, halved

  1. 1/2 pound tilapia or 2 filets

  2. 6 oz or 3/4 cup pourable plain yogurt

  3. 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch

  4. 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

  5. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  6. 1 teaspoon butter

  7. 1/3 teaspoon oregano

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1 recipe Mediterranean vegetable mix

  11. 1 cup grapes, halved


Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt, cornstarch, mix and add almonds oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over the tilapia and over the and cut vegetables. Set aside to allow them to absorb the seasonings, 20 minutes.

  2. Place all the vegetables and the tilapia on a baking pan.

  3. Bake the tilapia at 400F during 25 minutes Serve.
