  7. 1⁄2 teaspoon dark sesame oil

  8. 1⁄2 cup stock

  9. 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt

  10. 1⁄2 teaspoon cornstarch


Instructions:

  1. Mix apple with lime juice and set aside

  2. Drizzle oil over a saucepan over medium heat, add onion; salt and pepper and cook for 2 to minutes. Add garlic, sesame oil and apple and cook 2 minutes more.

  3. Pour mixed stock, yogurt and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and serve with fish.
