Mix apple with lime juice and set aside
Drizzle oil over a saucepan over medium heat, add onion; salt and pepper and cook for 2 to minutes. Add garlic, sesame oil and apple and cook 2 minutes more.
Pour mixed stock, yogurt and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and serve with fish.
