  1. 1⁄2 cup minced onion

  5. 2 tablespoons lime juice

  9. 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Place onion and garlic into a sieve and pour the water over the drain well and transfer to a bowl.
