Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Place onion and garlic into a sieve and pour the water over the drain well and transfer to a bowl.

Add tomato, cilantro, limejuice, salt, peppers and mix. Drizzle olive oil and set-aside until ready to serve.

Prepare the pico de Gallo and Set aside.
