  1. 1 ¼ cup white onion, chopped

  2. 2 cup diced pineapple

  3. ¼ cup raisins

  4. ½ tsp ginger, chopped

  5. ½ cup white vinegar

  6. 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  7. ¼ cup brown sugar

  8. 1 tbsp coriander

  9. 4 ram thyme

  10. ½ tablespoon olive oil

  11. 10 pepper balls

  12. ½ tsp sesame oil


Instructions:

  1. In a covered pot all ingredients cook for 10 minutes over medium high heat.

  2. 2 apples in helmets. Add the apple and cook 20 minutes longer covered.
