In a pot cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes.Add tomatoes and cook 20 minutes, season and add the basil.

Add wine, boil 5 minutes.

Serve and add the Parmesan cheese pasta. Arrabiata: Add some chili to fried onion spicy as you want it. Note: To peel tomatoes, place them in a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds. Cut them into 2 and esprímalos to remove seeds.
