Chopped basil

lemon

1/3 cup

Lemon juice

½ teaspoon ginger

½ teaspoon

Ginger

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon

Salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon

Cayenne pepper

aceite oliva

2 tablespoons

Olive oil (optional)

  1. 1 ½ cup Chopped mango pintón

  2. ½ cup Chopped red onion

  3. 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro

  4. 1 ½ tablespoon Chopped basil

  5. 1/3 cup Lemon juice

  6. ½ teaspoon Ginger

  7. ½ teaspoon salt

  8. ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  9. 2 tablespoons Olive oil (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Let marinate at least one hour.
