  1. 1 Pound Beef rib

  2. 1 Pound Oxtail

  3. 1 Pound Chicken wings

  4. 1 Cup Celery

  5. 1 Cup Carrot

  6. 1 Cup Onion

  7. 10 Pellets Pepper

  8. ½ Deck Parsley

  9. ½ Bunch Cilantro

  10. ½ Deck Thyme

  11. 1 Bay Leaf


Instructions:

  1. Place the meats on a baking pan. Add onion, carrot and celery cut into medium-sized pieces.

  2. Bake at 350 ° F until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Transfer baked and other ingredients into a pot and simmer for 4 hours at medium-low heat, or place it in a pressure cooker for 50 minutes.
