  1. 1 Cup cooked Cannellini Beans, (rinsed if they come from a can or jar) and drained

  2. 1 Tablespoon ground basil in 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  3. 2 Tablespoons toasted pine nuts

  4. ¼ Teaspoon ground fresh peppercorns or pinch pepper (Optional)


Instructions:

  1. Mix the beans with the seasoning and serve; warm or cold. Tip… delicious with pasta al pesto!
