Cut all the ingredients
Now, add 4 tablespoons or ¾ of a cup of Greek yogurt to the bowl. To flavor it, add the lime juice, salt, pepper, and our own Italian vinaigrette.

Let’s start by cutting the avocados into dice. Grab a bowl, and place all of it in there along with the minced cilantro.
For the final step, add in the shredded chicken to the bowl and mix it all together.
Let me leave you guys with a bonus tip. You can use the ends of the bread loaf for this sandwich. The ends of the bread are not usually good but for some thing like this it is amazing. They hold everything together and the best part is, it doesn’t break. Give it a try!
