Who doesn’t want to whip up something that only takes a minute to prepare? Today I’ll show you what I call a “minute recipe” that’s sure to be a staple in your kitchen – garlic paste!
To save you time, try to buy garlic peeled already. Place the garlic cloves with a quarter of olive oil and all the sprigs from your herbs like cilantro or basil. Refrain from using herbs that don’t have a lot of flavor. Now blend it all using a large food processor or a blender. It’ll be ready in a minute.

For this garlic paste recipe, you can just add a tiny bit of any herb if you’re not going to be working with cilantro. In the video you’ll see that the paste looks white, but adding a bunch of cilantro sprigs gives you more of a green garlic paste.

This is going to be an aromatic and delicious garlic paste which will taste and smell a lot like garlic with a nice whiff of cilantro. This paste can stay good for one to two weeks in your refrigerator.
