  2. Place the carrots with the beans as well. Put a rack on top of the beans and then add the tomatoes, the cilantro, the green pepper or any color of pepper you wish.

    red beans step2
  3. Now cover it and let it cook in the pressure cooker for a couple of minutes. After cooking, take out the all of the vegetables that we have on top of the rack and the carrots as well. We placed the rack in there, because it’s easier to separate them this way. Add all of the veggies in the blender and also add some of the liquid from the beans as well then blend them all together.

    red beans step3
  4. Now for the final touch! Mix a little bit of yogurt with a tablespoon of Italian dressing. Grab a serving of the soup, put it on a bowl and pour the yogurt with Italian dressing on top.

    red beans step4

This is gonna taste out of this world! We can serve it on it’s own or you can have it with an arepa, a piece of toast, or you can have it with some rice. You can also add a tiny bit of cilantro to make it look more appetizing!. This is going to be so so good! look at the beautiful color it takes with the yogurt and the taste the Italian dressing has is amazing with the beans. All natural, perfectly cooked, delicious, tender but not squishy made in 18 minutes!
