Today I’m going to show you how to make Chicken Rice or Arroz con Pollo as we call it. This is a amazing delicious Latin American dish! It’s a great complete meal that is really easy to do, all in one pot that your family will surely love!
Ok start making Diablos con Pollo this where you’ll season the chicken. Since it is made in one pot, you’re gonna start with the water. Add 3 cups of water. we’re gonna add first all of the aromatics and vegetables. That’s one teaspoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of turmeric, teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, and add a couple bay leaves, some oregano.
Add the onions, grated red pepper, thinly sliced tomatoes which you’re gonna dissolve and they’re only gonna be all the aromatic flavor and a little bit of the color and add tomato paste.

Now minced the chicken. You can use scissors if you wish or you can even use your hands to do this. You’ll find that the bones fall off easily and you don’t need any expertise of removing it. After it’s done, put the chicken back to the pot and mix it with the rice.
Now for this finishing touch, add some cilantro on top!.
