Perfect for your cold winter nights!
Let’s start by seasoning the chicken
Season the chicken without the skin add the dijon mustard and spread it evenly. You don’t need a specific mustard any will do but I prefer dijon. Next add water to the pot we are gonna be using a pressure cooker. If you don’t have one it’s fine it will just take longer to cook. If you’ll be using normal pot you have to slow cook for about 2 hours.

Now add the onions, tomatoes, pepper, turmeric, dried basil, cilantro, and cumin. Add couple teaspoons of salt and lastly add the potatoes. Now we are ready to go! On a pressure cooker it will only take you about 25 to 30 minutes. This is perfect for about 10 to 12 people.

When it’s done cooking start by removing the potatoes and then the chicken and place it in a serving bowl. Lastly add the stew from to pot to the dish.
