1⁄2 teaspoon

1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric

1⁄2 teaspoon

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 teaspoon

Salt

1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

1⁄4 teaspoon

Pepper

aceite oliva

1 tablespoon

Olive oil

  1. 1⁄4 pound Jumbo prawns with heads, deveined

  2. 1⁄2 tablespoon Basil julienne

  3. 1⁄2 teaspoon Dark sesame oil

  4. 1⁄2 teaspoon Turmeric

  5. 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt

  6. 1⁄4 teaspoon Pepper

  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Place prawns in a bowl, add all ingredientes and mix. Set aside 10 minutes.

  2. Place over hot grill and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until changed in color.
