In a pan with water put two fingers leeks and butter. Cook until the water dry and leeks are soft.

Season and add the flour. Add the prawns and herbs, and cook 1 minute.

Add the milk and cook 5 minutes, then add the cream, other seafood, cheese and cook 2 minutes.
