Ingredientes:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ? cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 ? cup flaked sweetened coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ? cup oil
- ? cup melted butter
- 1 ? teaspoons vanilla
Como Preparar :
Preheat the oven to 350?F- Place flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and soda in the bowl of a mixer. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, coconut, coconut milk, poil, butter and vanilla, beat again in medium speed for another mintue.
- Pour into a buttered and floured 10 inch cake pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, turn the oven off and leave the cake in the oven for 10 minutes more.
- Un mold and cool. Serve.
