  2. 1 tangerine, the grated peel and juice

  3. 1/2 cup jugo verde

  4. 1 tablespoon sliced seeded jalapeños

  5. 1 teaspoon honey

  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  7. Recipe latin vegetable mix

  8. 1 cup diced mango

  9. 1/2 cup garbanzo

  10. Latin vegetables for 2 all thinly sliced.

  11. 1/2 cup onion, small diced

  12. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

  13. 1/2 cup grated green bell peppers

  14. Sliced sweet ají

  15. Shushito peppers

  16. 1/4 cup scallion, white & green part cut on the bias


Instrucciones:

  1. Mix all ingredients except salmon. Pour over the salmon and cut vegetables. Set aside to allow them to absorb the seasonings, 20 minutes.

  3. Bake the salmon and vegetables together at 400F during 25 minutes. Serve.
